How does the 14-day free trial work?

Fresh, Growth, Group, and Supplier start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and pay $0 today. We email you 3 days before the trial ends and again on the last day. On day 14 your card is charged the plan price unless you cancel first under Billing.

What happens if I go over my monthly credits?

Credits reset monthly on your plan date. You can purchase an add-on block at any time, or upgrade to the next tier, which takes effect immediately with a prorated charge.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep access to what you have already paid for.
