There is no single best tool. Pick by the job: labeling and nutrition analysis, enterprise PLM, or connected ingredient, supplier and price data. Journey AI by Journey Foods covers that last layer.

Questions buyers ask
It depends on the job. For label-ready nutrition analysis, Genesis Foods by Trustwell is a long-standing standard. For connected ingredient, supplier and price data that people and AI agents can query while formulating, Journey AI by Journey Foods is built for that layer.
